Random Pagan Verse mod

The mod pushes the entire main content of the page down, instead of placing itself in the main-content column.

Suggest the mod author use the same placement format as the global header section (in subs.php) which, now that the global header has a div surrounding it takes a good location of the main content section/column (even if it's not actually the header section)
