Global Headers and Footers mod

Well, as you can see - the global header is not actually in the header... but that is a problem with the mod itself, not an overlap with another mod.

Also, the placement of the global header on the main homepage using EZPoprtal is definitely incorrect.

Global headers and footers apparently get added into EVERY page in the forum
Specifically, in the pop-ups like the spell checker, the mod-error-display, and the specific error code display....   the header/footer should NOT be displayed in those.
